As UX designers, developers, marketers and business owners, we've seen firsthand how messy and frustrating project scope management can be from both the provider and client sides of the coin. We've been in the trenches, working long hours and dealing with the stress of juggling multiple responsibilities while trying to keep clients happy and profitable. It's not fun, and it's not sustainable.
That's why we decided to take matters into our own hands.
